What type of hair do you sell?
We supply 100% virgin human hair, containing premium ready-to-wear units and high-quality bundles in textures like Straight, Body Wave, and Burmese curly.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Ready-to-ship units are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, while custom units may take 7–14 business days to complete. We'll keep you updated with tracking once your order is on the move.
Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
