📦 Shipping Policy

Every order is handled with care and packed to protect your unit.

  • Ready-to-ship units are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom units require 7–14 business days for creation before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Domestic delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier speed.

📝 Note: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sleek Sista is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

🛍️ Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully, ask questions before purchasing, and know that we’re here to help you feel confident about your order before checkout.

💌 If something isn’t right...
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is incorrect or arrives damaged. Email info@sleeksista.com with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
Each unit is either prepped or begins customization quickly. Please ensure you’re confident in your selection before checking out.

🧼 Wig Laundry / Revamp Policy
Yes Sis — we’ll bring your old wig back to life.

You’re responsible for shipping your unit to us. Once received, revamps are completed within 3-5 business days. We'll wash, condition, restyle, and prep it like new — ready for reinstall.

⚠️ Please note:

We only accept 100% human hair units.

Units with major damage, balding lace, or synthetic fiber blends may be returned or declined without refund.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience. That includes your name, email, and shipping details. We’ll never sell or share your data, ever.
